Elderberry Maple Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 1/2 C Frozen Fruit
1 1/2 C Milk
1 T Embark Elderberry Maple
Fresh Fruit
Coffee Maple Granola
Chia & Flax Seeds
Instructions:
Blend banana, frozen fruit, milk & Embark Maple until there are no chunks left behind!
Pour smoothie into your favorite bowl. Top with fresh fruit, granola and seeds. Drizzle with Embark Elderberry Maple.
