Maple Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
2 TBSP Embark Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Seeded Mustard/ Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Lime Juice
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
Dash Herbs de Provence
4 Salmon Fillets 4-6oz
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450
Mix Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup, Mustard, Lime Juice, Salt & Pepper in a small bowl
Brush over both sides of salmon
Place fillets on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Herbs de Provence.
Broil 7 to 10 minutes
