Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
Each spring, Bree & Eric head to the woods to harvest our Organic Maple Syrup, which we then age for two years in empty Bourbon Barrels. The barrel aging imparts the smoky vanilla notes of the oak, mellows the sweetness and creates a flavor that is truly unforgettable. We are Wisconsin’s first (and dare I say best) Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup. Back in 2013 we began collaborating with Central Waters Brewing Company - when we finish aging our syrup, the barrels return to Central Waters to age their Maple Barrel Stout, and the cycle of Delicious continues!
In 2020 we changed our name from B&E’s Trees to Embark - We’re the same people, same trees, and same deliciousness, with a new name.

In 2012 we started our farm and business under the name B&E’s Trees. After years of noticing folks mis-reading “B&E’s” as “BEEs” and thinking we had honey, calling us for tree trimming or Christmas trees, we changed our name to Embark. We love that Embark embodies our love of the outdoors as well as the adventure that is being a small farm and business. Embark is the same people, trees and deliciousness that you expect from B&E’s Trees, as we Embark on this new chapter.
