There are many ways to place an order. They can be placed on this page (preferred), placed via the Quickorder form, emailed to the Embark team at orders@embarkmaple.com or placed by phone (608) 799-9380. Please note that phone orders may experience a delay during travel and syrup harvest seasons.

Pre-paid orders must be paid on the website prior to shipping. Buyers with Net30 terms will receive an invoice that can be paid via an email link or check mailed to

Please note “Suite 5” must be included for delivery, as we are in a shared kitchen with about 30 small food businesses, and we want to keep our mail carriers happy :-)

First orders must be paid prior to shipping. Customers in good standing may apply for Net30 payment terms. Overdue invoices will result in the revocation of Net30 terms and subsequent orders must be paid prior to shipping until the customer returns to good standing status.

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and must be received by noon the day prior. Shipping is paid for by the buyer. Shipping rates are $15/ case for large flasks, $10/case or bulk jug for all other products. For customers with NET30 terms, Mini and Small Flask cases in multiples of two in can be combined for discounted shipping (ex. an order containing one mini case and one 3oz case would be packaged together charged $10 to ship them both).
