As winter thaws and daytime temps rise above freezing, the sap in our trees begins to flow. This pure maple syrup is just the concentrated sap from our maple trees, carrying with it the flavors of our unique geology in the Driftless Region. Our syrup is ungraded; we reserve the darker, richer barrels for our Pure Organic line.

To refill your smaller bottles:
Make sure your bottles are very clean and completely dry
Fill using a funnel and cap.
IMPORTANT: Refilled bottles are not heat sealed and must be refrigerated.
Once opened, bulk containers can be stored in the fridge or freezer- maple won’t expand and break in the freezer like water would.

Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup is harvested at our off-grid organic farm and aged at our solar-powered shared kitchen here in the Driftless region of Wisconsin. We have the profound privilege of running our business and life from the tiny house we built by hand here on the farm.
