perfect on a hot day, or when longing for hot days!

1 oz Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

Juice from one freshly squeezed lime ( about 1.5 tbsp)

6 mint leaves

1.5 oz White Rum

4-6 oz Soda water

Muddle Maple, Lime & Mint.  Add Rum, top with soda.  Serve over ice.
