Maple Apple Vinaigrette

2/3 C Olive Oil

1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar

2 TBSP B&E's Trees Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

1 1/2 TBSP seeded mustard

Pinch of coarse salt & pepper

Whisk together all ingredients.

Toss with a salad of mixed greens, diced onion, chopped apple, toasted walnuts & dried cranberries.
