Bourbon Maple Ginger Dressing

In an 8oz container (I use our empty syrup bottles) combine

2/3 C Olive Oil

1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar

2 TBSP Maple Syrup

1 tsp Fresh Ginger, Grated

1 pinch Cayenne powder (optional)

Shake.  Chill for 1 hour.  Use as a salad dressing or marinade to add a flavorful contrast to Brussels sprouts, carrots, salmon or green tomatoes.
