Our farm is in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin, North of Viroqua, South of Sparta, East of La Crosse.
We do not have a farm store, but are open for events in the spring.
The farm address is
30904 Rognstad Ridge Road, Cashton, WI 54619
Note the farm address is not chronological with other addresses on the ridge- look for a fox on a barrel at the end of the driveway!
We do our bottling & shipping at the Food Enterprise Center in Viroqua. This is our mailing address for all things Embark-y:
1201 North Main Street Suite 5, Viroqua, WI 54665.
This is a commercial kitchen space, not a storefront. We share the building with about 30 small food and wellenss businesses- make sure to include our suite number if you’re sending us a postcard!

We host two Fantastic Events on the farm, the Sap Run Scramble and the Ramp Romp Ramble. We’re looking at adding more events throughout the year as well.
We do not have a farm store, and are not really set up for “drop in” visits- we’re on the road at events most weekends. However if you want to set up a time to come meet the trees, we’ll do our best to make it happen!
