Maple Sour & Gin Sappy
With whiskey or bubbly water, or even sap on tap, this is simply a delight.
Embark Sour Mix:
6 limes, juiced
1.5 grapefruit, juiced
2 Oranges, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
1.25 C Embark Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
Combine citrus and syrup to make the best sour mix.
Embark Gin Sappy
1 oz Sour Mix
1 oz Gin
2 oz Sap on Tap, or tonic water
Combine over ice. Skip the gin for a refreshing fizzy treat, if you prefer!
Embark Maple Sour:
3/4 oz Sour Mix
2 oz Whiskey or Bourbon of Choice
1/2 oz Egg White
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice.
Shake for 20-30 seconds to chill and froth egg white. Serve over ice.
