Coffee Maple Popsicles

Summer’s over baby, but there ain’t no reason to cry. Keep that summer feeling going all winter long with coffee maple popsicles. So dreamy, so creamy, so delicious.

This recipe will make 4, 5oz popsicles, you’re definitely going to want to double this.

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup half and half

1/4 cup Coffee Maple Embark

1/4 cup chocolate syrup (get the good stuff, Ghirardelli for the win!)

1 tablespoon instant coffee

Whisk all together in a bowl and when all that coffee is dissolved, you can carefully pour into your popsicle molds, and gently place your popsicles sticks on top. Stick them in the freezer for eight hours, or overnight. I used some small plastic cups I found deep in a cabinet. You can use muffin tins or paper cups and wooden popsicle sticks! Or just dump the popsicle sticks and eat these with a spoon, mmmmmmm. Whatever works for you!
