Maple Energy
Organic Maple Syrup from our farm and a pinch of Sea Salt provide the energy, electrolytes and nutrition found in commercial energy gels, with easily digested, outstanding flavor. Use it straight from the pouch for quick energy, mix it in your water bottle for a hydration aid, or take it into the back country (or backyard) for camp cooking and cocktails. Each pouch provides 320 calories and 80g carbs, and the resealable cap means you always get the right amount with no sticky mess.
Barrel Aged Maple
Slow-aging our Organic Maple Syrup in Bourbon Barrels blends the flavor of two trees- the maple of the syrup and the oak of the barrels- into a truly outstanding flavor, rich and balanced with slightly smoky notes of vanilla, perfect for culinary and cocktail and mocktail explorations. Made in collaboration with Central Waters Brewing Company since 2013.
The Purpose
When we are in our woods we experience a deep sense of belonging, purpose and peace. Our business exists to preserve our little patch of land, better our stewardship of the earth, and make the good energy we find in our forest accessible and welcoming to everyone.

At Embark we are farmers and adventurers, and it seems our souls are intertwined with a small patch of forested hills in the Driftless region of Wisconsin. Everything we do is fueled by the Good Energy we find here, and everything we receive goes back into caring for the place we call home.
